Please rest assured that we operate a fair & legal accommodation service and guarantee booking availability

and accommodation service to the best of our ability within our Terms of Service.

In order to be able to provide this service we have clearly outlined our Cancellation & Refund policy below.

WE OPERATE A “FLEXI -MODERATE” REFUND / CANCELLATION POLICY

Example 1.

A single room booked for 1 -2 Night (s)

– We offer a FULL REFUND (inc Deposit) if Cancelled within 5 Days before due arrival date by 2pm.

– Failure to Cancel within the 5 days will incur a 1 night Charge per room per 24hrs late.

– We always first offer FLEXIBLE Reschedule Date(s) option to Guest if we have availability.

Example 2.

Multiple rooms (2) Booked for 2 or more Night (s)

– We offer a FULL REFUND (inc any Deposit) if Cancelled within 7 Days before due arrival date by 2pm.

– Failure to Cancel within 7 days will incur a 1 Night Charge per room per 24hrs late.

– We always first offer FLEXIBLE Reschedule Date(s) option to Guest if we have availability.

Example 3.

Multiple rooms (3-5) aka Group-Booking, Booked for 1-2 Night(s) or more

– We offer a FULL REFUND (inc any Deposit) if Cancelled within 10 Days before due arrival date by 2pm.

– Failure to Cancel within 10 days will incur a 1 Night Charge per room per (24hrs) late cancellation.

– We always first offer FLEXIBLE Reschedule Date(s) option to Guest if we have availability.

Cancellations MUST be made (by original booker) via Telephone Call, Email, Or, In Person at the Guesthouse.

ALL Requests for Cancellation must receive a Cancellation Response from Littlefield B&B to be valid.

FAILURE To Cancel on Time, for any reason will forfeit a Full Refund.

Please Note:

A Full Refund is Any deposit or amount paid upfront, MINUS ( – Less ) the 3.5% Credit/Debit card processing Fee we get charged .

CANCELLATION REFUNDS are only paid back to original booker`s bank account / debit or credit card used during original booking process.

Refunds usually take 2-5 business days to settle, but can sometimes take upto 10 business days depending on your Banks country / location.

We believe this is a fair and flexible cancellation & refund policy to help guarantee your and our other guest accommodation booking(s).
